Skyworth Auto is a new energy vehicle brand under Jiangsu Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. Established in April 2021, the brand is headquartered in Xuzhou with its production base in Nanjing. Its predecessor was Tianmei Auto, founded by Huang Hongsheng in 2019.
The brand adopts a shield-shaped "W" logo symbolizing quality and safety, and positions itself under the "New China Manufacturing" strategy. In 2024, it launched the EV6 II ultra-fast charging model and right-hand-drive versions, entering the Hong Kong market. In 2025, Skyworth Auto entered the Indonesian market.
